I promise Palinpalooza will resume shortly, but I’m currently in the midst of Comcast hell.
After Serviceman Friendly showed up Friday and decided he had to come back to fix my Internet connection, we agreed on tomorrow afternoon. I’ve since gotten three automated phone calls confirming tomorrow morning.
I spent an hour on the line with Comcast this morning and was assured someone would contact me this afternoon to rectify the disconnect.
No one called back, and now I am back on the line with Comcast. They’re giving me the same explanation they gave me this morning as if we haven’t been through this before.
Let’s bring it full circle. Comcast is the Sarah Palin of Internet companies. Utterly unqualified to handle the task at hand.
